Payment and Refund Policy

At Estar De Moda Lifestyle (OPC) Private Limited, we strive to ensure a smooth and secure payment experience for our clients. This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments made to EDM and the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

1. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure online gateways, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by our payment partners.
     

  • Invoice & Confirmation: Upon successful payment, an invoice and confirmation will be shared with the payer via email.
     

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

2. Services Covered

By accessing shallowcosmos.com, you agree to use it solely for informational purposes. Any attempt to replicate, redistribute, or commercially exploit the intellectual property hosted here without written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund:  

         o   Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments, technical errors, or failure to deliver services as  agreed upon in writing and mutually acknowledged by both parties.

         o   Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

  • Non-Refundable Cases

         o   Payments made for services already delivered.

         o   Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., lack of communication, late approvals).
         
         o   Change of mind or cancellation after the service has commenced.

  • Refund Process: 

         o   To request a refund, please email us at finance@shallowcosmos.com with transaction details and reason for the request.

         o   Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

4. Dispute Resolution

​In the event of a payment-related dispute, we request customers to contact us directly at prasanjit@shallowcosmos.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
